ENTRY LEVEL TECHNICIAN WITH OPPORTUNITY

Camelback Ford is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Department Valet/Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will support the service department by ensuring vehicles are moved efficiently, maintained in good condition, and that the service area operates smoothly to provide an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely move and park customer vehicles throughout the service department.
• Assist technicians by preparing vehicles for service and performing basic maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lot and work areas.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist in vehicle delivery and pickup processes while providing exceptional customer service.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies while handling vehicles.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Previous experience in a valet, automotive, or service department role is a plus but not required.
