Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a full-time position based at our Camden, NJ headquarters. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, and developing strategic plans to expand the customer base. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating quotes, negotiating contracts, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This is an on-site role requiring collaboration and leadership within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales, account management, and business development in the steel, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for maintaining customer relationships and closing deals effectively.
- Strategic planning and organizational skills to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue targets.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
