What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative- Dallas Texas position at Camden Homes?

At Camden Homes, LLC, we are looking for a New Home Sales Representative/Consultant/ Leasing Agent for Dallas.

Part of the main requirements and responsibilities for this position are, but not limited to:

  • Support marketing efforts/ use social media to generate leads.
  • Customer service by responding to leads immediately and follow-up with clients.
  • Contribute to maintain the Model home. Model homes should be clean and presentable. Ensure the subdivision has signs, and looks attractive.
  • Ability to present the builder's product 
  • Enter information into Sales Force, Buildtopia, Bluemoon, BetterNOI, and TAA for leases. 
  • Give potential buyers information regarding: Conventional Loans, Seller Finance/ Lease Programs offered. 
  • Build rapport to determine what program to offer/ Gather the documentation required from Buyer
  • Fill out Builder's contract forms necessary for the transaction and any other necessary internal form.
  • Attend sales meetings ( Monday at 10am)
  • KIT ( keep in touch) calls for future tenants/clients on a weekly basis to communicate possible moving dates or delays. 
  • Meet with Sales Director between the 28th and the 8th of every month for monthly Goal Sessions. 

In order to fulfill the above responsibilities, the candidate must have the below competencies:

  • Minimum High School education
  • Sales experience
  • New Homes Real Estate Representative/Consultant or Real Estate Agent experience
  • Organized 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proactive, problem solver, team player, and a high level of customer service skills.
  • History of success
