LPN- Float Job Description
Camden Family Health is currently hiring a full time Licensed Practical Nurse& for a float position. The applicant must be available to work at all clinic locations including travel between locations, reliable transportation. And flexibility to work all clinic hours.&
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to patients in various clinic locations
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records
- Assist with patient education and follow-up care
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Current valid license in the state of WV or eligible to apply
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to various clinic locations
