- Manage conflicts effectively by applying conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations.
- Complete detailed reports on inmate behavior, incidents, and daily activities with precision and clarity.
- Conduct security checks, including inmate searches and perimeter patrols, to maintain facility integrity.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incident responses to uphold safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience or background in law enforcement, military service, or security roles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, report writing procedures, conflict management strategies, and emergency response protocols such as CPR and first aid.
- Strong ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining authority and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with inmates, staff, visitors, and emergency responders.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk throughout the facility, and perform physical tasks as required.
- Valid certifications in security operations or relevant training programs are preferred but not mandatory; ongoing training will be provided.
