About the Role:
The Camden County Bar Association is seeking an organized and professional Lawyer Referral & Member Services Coordinator. This multi-tasking role serves as a key point of contact for our 1,500 members - including local attorneys and judges - as well as the general public. You will support our daily operations, facilitate educational events, and guide community members seeking legal assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Public Support: Answer incoming phone calls and coordinate the Bar's Lawyer Referral Service to connect the public with legal counsel.
- Member Relations: Interact daily with over 1,500 attorney and judge members to assist with inquiries and services.
- Event Planning: Arrange logistics, registrations, and materials for seminars, meetings, and bar events.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, handle data entry, and perform general office tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Tech Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to learn new software systems quickly and multitask effectively in a professional office environment.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
