EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO

We’re looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to serve as the operational right hand to our CEO. This is a dynamic, high-trust role that goes beyond traditional executive support as you’ll be a key partner in managing the CEO’s life across multiple business and professional commitments.

The ideal candidate brings a calm, solutions-oriented presence, an exceptional eye for detail, and experience supporting a senior leader in a healthcare environment. You’ll keep the CEO’s world running efficiently so he can focus on leading the organization. This role reports directly to the CEO.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar end-to-end. Coordinate complex scheduling across the CEO’s clinical, administrative, and personal commitments, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring adequate preparation time between engagements.
  • Coordinate with the internal scheduling team. Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and Camden Center’s scheduling coordinators at both locations, ensuring clinical schedules, operational meetings, and leadership commitments are aligned and free of conflicts.
  • Oversee private practice scheduling. Manage the CEO’s private practice calendar separately and in parallel with facility obligations, coordinating patient appointments, follow-ups, and administrative time with discretion and accuracy.
  • Manage email and correspondence. Triage the CEO’s inbox, draft responses, flag urgent matters, and ensure timely follow-through on action items. Maintain a clear and organized communication system.
  • Coordinate travel and logistics. Book and manage all domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries. Anticipate needs and handle changes with minimal disruption.
  • Prepare for meetings and presentations. Compile briefing materials, agendas, and supporting documents ahead of meetings. Attend select meetings to take notes and track action items through to completion.
  • Support leadership communications. Draft internal memos, executive correspondence, and talking points on behalf of the CEO, maintaining a consistent and professional voice.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion. Manage sensitive information related to patients, staff, and organizational strategy with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Assist with special projects. Take on ad hoc research, project coordination, and administrative tasks to support organizational priorities as directed.
