Position Summary: CAMCO is seeking an Account Manager to join our team! As an Account Manager you will play a significant part in the success for CAMCO. You will help build our companies portfolio by utilizing your attention to skills to build and maintain new and existing clients. You will be responsible for reviewing documents and ensure scope of work is accurate and priced correctly. You will also work to maintain a positive working relationship with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and jobsite staff.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Creating sales estimate/bids, following the pricing format required by the project
· Work with Lead estimator to manage timeliness of bids out to clients
· Preparing, evaluating and soliciting bid request for clients
· Actively participate in collaboration between sales and ops teams
· Attending informational pre-con meetings with clients and crews as needed
· Canvasing for potential new clients
· Maintain accurate and organized records of all estimates, documents and communications with clients, vendors and subcontractors
· Other job duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
· 3 – 5 years direct estimator experience in asphalt & concrete
· Proven record and knowledge of pavement practices and estimating methods
· Proactive and detail oriented approach to work
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
· Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt
· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
· Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
· Proficiency in computer software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
