DUTIES & RESPONSIBLIITES
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of packaging lines and blenders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
