What are the responsibilities and job description for the Liquid Bottling Filler Operator - 1st Shift (53471) position at Camco Chemical?
This position runs our lines to support production needs at the plant.
- Sets up and operates production processes and equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Supervises assigned personnel to Blend, Fill, secures, and labels containers, etc. according to company and/or customer specifications.
- Verifies goods packaged against Job Production Orders and instructions and records data as needed.
- May make adjustments to equipment as needed.
- Reads and interprets Production Orders and instructions.
- Requires competent English skills in the spoken word and in reading comprehension.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Must be willing to get Forklift certified.
- Works under supervision.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to stand on feet 8 hours a day.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in a uncontrolled temperature environment.
