DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Following Blending Instructions:
- Read and meticulously follow instructions provided on the blending sheet.
- Log lot numbers accurately to maintain traceability.
Material Preparation:
- Identify the correct raw materials required for the blend.
- Retrieve the necessary items and prepare the blending area.
Safety and Quality Assurance:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure safety, integrity, and product quality.
- Promptly recognize and report any safety issues related to products or equipment.
Weighing and Mixing:
- Weigh raw materials according to production orders.
- Blend chemicals precisely based on established guidelines.
Independent Work and Team Collaboration:
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Foster good work habits and consistently follow established processes.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Keep blending equipment operational by:
- Following operating instructions.
- Troubleshooting breakdowns.
- Maintaining supplies.
- Performing preventive maintenance.
- Requesting repairs when needed.
Communication and Dependability:
- Be a team player with strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Exhibit punctuality and regular attendance as per company policy.
