Floor Supervisor (54003)

With guidance from the Shift Manager, the Department Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a designated production department, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality-driven performance. This role leads and develops employees, supports production goals, and promotes continuous improvement while working closely with the Shift Manager and production team.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training employees.
• Supervise daily departmental operations and workflow.
• Coach, develop, and support employee performance.
• Assist with performance evaluations and corrective actions.
• Delegate responsibilities and maintain accountability within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Monitor productivity, quality, labor utilization, and departmental performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate operational goals, priorities, and updates through regular team meetings.
• Partner with Inventory Control to optimize inventory accuracy and minimize material loss.
• Maintain accountability for department-assigned equipment, vehicles, and rentals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
