This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Florence, KY, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, creating and presenting business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. The role also involves regular communication with potential and existing clients to understand their business requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Strong market research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
