Qualified individuals hired into the program must be willing to commit to the requirements and adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards throughout the duration of the program.

Education
A high school diploma, GED or college degree is not required for entry-level positions. Individuals hired through the CAMC Pathways program will have the opportunity to apply for funding to further their education after successful completion of 6-months of employment.
