Cambridge Village of Wilmington Optimal Living, is a Senior Living Retirement Community actively seeking a Full-Time Janitorial Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Beautification of the community including daily emptying of trash receptacles and daily grounds clean up
- Cleans common areas according to cleaning policies and procedures
- Maintains assigned cleaning schedule by following a daily task sheet
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Works well when supervisors are not present
- Experience in basic cleaning and other janitorial work
Physical Demands:
- May be required to sit, bend, stoop, see, talk, and hear.
- Lifting medium to heavy objects.
- May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
