Cambridge Village of Apex is looking to add to our Maintenance team! Full-Time position offers benefits like Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Time Off, Gym Membership, and much more.
This position will be based at Cambridge Village of Apex but will travel between the Apex location and Cambridge Brier Creek as duties require. The position is scheduled to work a weekly schedule with shifts being from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday - Friday. A valid driver's license is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sheetrock installation, repair and finishing.
- Full apartment painting.
- Diagnoses physical plant, technical and mechanical problems and facilitates repairs while performing routine minor repairs.
- Oversees safety program and maintains preventative maintenance management program.
- Monitors fire system, sprinkler system, and door entry system operation and maintenance.
- Assists with the maintenance and beautification of the community.
- Makes prompt effort to resolve all resident and staff concerns or grievances related to facilities and conditions under their direction.
- Assists staff members in the operation of emergency systems.
- Safeguards the privacy of residents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
