Your Role as a BDR:
- Engage and Connect: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital messages from prospective customers, providing expert advice on our vehicles, promotions, and financing options.
- Build Relationships: Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering trust and rapport with every interaction.
- Generate Leads: Capture accurate customer information and update records in our CRM system to maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers.
- Set Appointments: Drive dealership traffic by converting inquiries into showroom visits.
- Exceed Expectations: Meet and surpass performance targets, including lead conversion rates and call volumes.
