Position Summary: Cambridge Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN to join our Clinical Department. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality, hands-on care and ensuring the health and well-being of our residents in a supportive and enriching environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration per facility protocol.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure timely and appropriate interventions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
- Support and mentor caregivers and CNAs to ensure best practices in resident care.
- Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure infection control and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as an RN or LPN.
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Compassionate, resident-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, resident-first environment.
