We offer a hands-on training program for new administrators, where you will train directly with our Regional Administrator to ensure you are fully supported and set up for success. Position Overview
The Administrator oversees the daily operations of our community, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high standards of resident care, supporting and developing staff, and fostering a positive, resident-centered atmosphere that reflects our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations
- Oversee daily operations including staffing, budgeting, and resident services
- Foster a culture that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Lead staff training, development, and performance evaluations
- Assist with marketing efforts to grow occupancy
- Conduct tours and oversee admissions
- Maintain strong communication with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies
- Address concerns and grievances promptly and professionally
- Monitor quality assurance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license preferred but not required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–5 years of experience managing a CBRF, assisted living, or senior care community preferred
- Knowledge of DHS 83 regulations and state and federal compliance standards
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, ethical, and committed to excellence in senior care

Salary : $85,000 - $115,000
