Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
- Accurately document care provided.
- Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to support residents’ individual needs.
Qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare setting a plus.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
