Job Summary
Our client in Georgetown, KY is looking for a Chassis Seibi Tech. This is a contract position.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibility of this role is to Inspect and confirm new or modified equipment and that equipment for manufacturing production.
- On-site robot programming and interlocking. Offline and/or online robot programming.
- Confirm that new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended.
- Prepare and confirm new Body weld Chassis equipment at the vendors.
- Support weld machine Seibi activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from installation to start of production.
- Develop equipment countermeasures during set up/trials.
- Engage in travel (or dispatch) to U.S., Canada and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, Mexico. Commonly work overtime, including weekends and holidays. This position will be covering Region 1 (TMMK) Chassis - Engage in travel (or dispatch) to U.S., Canada and/or Mexico NAMCs and suppliers, as well as foreign travel including Japan, Canada, Mexico. - Degree in Industrial Maintenance related field.
- 1 years of Seibi experience.
- 3 years of Automotive experience.
- Experience with mentoring and/or technical training.
- 2-5 Years Automotive manufacturing experience.
- Degree in Industrial Maintenance related field.
- Strong robotic and PLC skill. Experience in arc welding environment.
- Strong Computer skills, including: MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Able to create and maintain schedules.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, off shifts, and overtime.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to handle medium to heavy physical work.
