Job Summary
Our client in Auburn Hills, MI is looking for a Business Systems Analyst. This is a contract position.
What You Will Do
The Business System Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs for Technical Service Operations - Parts Technical Development. Parts Technical Development is responsible for the breakdown of the Service Bill of Material, as well as spare Parts Catalog Authoring. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead initiatives pertaining to security administration, system enhancements and Integration; including the creation, testing, and validation of solutions, project management tracking, and implementation related to the Service Bill of Material and Supplier Bill of Material Systems. Maintaining the QLIK Sense dashboards, running data queries and creation of AI tools.

Basics
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
- 3-5 years’ experience o Logical understanding of system flows and the ability to formulate parallel business strategies and solutions.
- Possess skills to write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions and steps required to perform certain operations.
- Work in close conjunction with ICT (Information Communications Technology) and consulting organizations on solutions and user-support.
- Ability to support integrated vehicle projects with other international business regions.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Tool Suite and familiar with Databases.
- High level of working knowledge using MS Excel including spreadsheets, data reporting, formatting and pivot tables o Working knowledge of
- Google G-Suite tools and applications.
- Possess strong Communication and Presentation skills with an energetic customer focus to deliver results within a team environment.
- Must be self-motivated, organized, innovative and solution oriented.

- XDB Integration to SBOM - 3rd Party data sharing ex: Snap on etc. - DDL System Management.
- Data Interfaces from EMEA to NAFTA.
- Critical attribute mappings - Projects (As required).
