Description Of Service Opportunity
The role of the Grade Level Team Leader is to lead grade level teams in regular collaborative planning, data analysis, and instructional improvement; engage as an active participant on a school leadership team (e.g. LT, ILT, MTSS, FAC); and provide support for school improvement efforts in teaching and learning.
Preparing for and facilitating a weekly Grade Level Team in regular collaborative planning, data analysis, and instructional improvement to focus on school-based instructional practices: The Formative Assessment for Results (FAR) Cycle, Responsive Classroom, and Wayfinder.
Maintaining records of team meetings (e.g. agendas, notes, action plans, etc.) that are organized and accessible to team members.
Learning (through formal & supportive training, self-study, reflection, discussion & dialogue) about the PLC process & facilitation during PD.
Representing Grade Level Team colleagues on a school leadership team (e.g. LT, ILT, MTSS, FAC) and communicating back updates to team members.
Working with the school principal and others to support a positive and collaborative inquiry-based culture at the school.
Minimum Requirements
Excellent communication skills.
Willingness to learn.
Positive approach and growth mindset.
Time and commitment to be present at meetings.
Interest in facilitating colleagues in collaborative planning, data analysis and professional learning.
Currently certified in the content area that is being taught.
Committed to the most up-to-date curriculum and instruction methodology.

September 19, 2025 through June 26, 2026
Contract Amount
Flat Rate $1000.00
