Territory
This role covers Upstate New York (Albany, Syracuse)
- Travel: 2–3 overnights every other week are required.
Responsibilities
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
- Manage and grow sales within your territory by calling on existing distributors (landscape/mason supply yards).
- Prospect and onboard new distributors to expand Cambridge’s presence.
- Develop strong relationships with hardscape contractors, designers, landscape architects, and masons.
- Provide product training and installation support to contractors, helping them become more proficient with Cambridge products.
- Track territory activities and submit daily sales reports electronically.
- Represent Cambridge at trade shows, distributor events, and training sessions.
Qualifications
- 3 years of quota-driven sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with prospecting, account management, and presenting to groups.
- Proficiency with CRM software (NetSuite experience preferred) and social media (Facebook, Instagram).
- Knowledge of hardscape, pavingstone, or wall stone products is a plus, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or military service is a plus.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel as required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $95,000.00 base salary & Auto, plus commission

Schedule
- Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
