Essential Functions:
- Dependability
- Reports all monies collected from passenger fees &/or donations at the end of each month to General Accounting.
- Accurately prepares & submits monthly charges.
- Maintain knowledge of first-aid procedures and current BLS certification.
- Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations, using a cell phone as soon as safety possible.
- Stress Tolerance
- Follow safety rules for all passengers and document any non-compliance.
- Maintain and check schedule daily for community and Intelli Ride clients.
- Ensure all vehicles have adequate fuel and are operational at all times. Ensure vehicle maintenance is completed timely.
- Comply with traffic regulations to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
- Complete Pre-Trip Inspection: Daily Vehicle Condition Report and submit daily.
- Maintain driving logs daily and submit daily.
- Immediately report any bus malfunctions or needed repairs.
- Prepare and submit reports that may include the number of passengers or trips, hours worked, mileage, fuel consumption, or fares received.
- Keep vehicles interior and exterior clean.
- Ensure current registration and insurance cards are up to date in all vehicles.

- Regulate heating, lighting, and ventilation systems for passenger comfort.
- Pick up and drop off passengers at regularly scheduled neighborhood locations, following strict time schedules.
- Read maps and follow written and verbal geographic directions.
