Maintenance Mechanic Millwright- 2nd and 3rd shift

Responsibilities:

Inspect, repair, replace, install, adjust and maintain all mechanical equipment involved in manufacturing copper tubing.

• Required knowledge of following tools:
• Drill press, power hand tools, burning and welding equipment, internal combustion engines, grinder, lift trucks, cranes, and man lifts, 
• 
  
  • Knowledge of following material:
    • Plant mechanical equipment, repair parts, lubricants, hardware, packing, wrought steel
  • Knowledge of the following:
  • Welding (stick and mig) and burning (acetylene and plasma cutting), Hyd. Repair and troubleshooting, fabrication from prints, pneumatic repair and troubleshooting, general machine repair and blueprint reading, combustion repair, refractory repair, pipe fitting, and heavy rigging
