- Oversee and participate in core client service and account operations, includingccount maintenance, service requests, paperwork, transfers, money movement, documentation, and follow-up.
- Prepare, process, and track paperwork through broker-dealer, custodial, CRM, and internal systems.
- Provide licensed administrative support to advisors, including trading support, model trading, rebalancing, account research, reporting, and client communication as permitted by licensing and firm policy.

- Remain willing to help with service and administrative work as part of a small, collaborative team while maintaining primary responsibility for practice management and service-team leadership.
Skills Required
- Strong leadership, organization, follow-through, confidentiality, judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a service team while remaining flexible and hands-on in a small firm environment.
- Comfort working with advisors, clients, staff, custodians, broker-dealers, and outside partners.
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems, ask good questions, and keep multiple items moving at once.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; CRM, financial planning, and trading platforms are strongly preferred.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
