Job Summary

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

As a Transition Liaison, you'll serve as a primary Service Experience partner for Financial Professionals and their staff during transition to Cambridge. You'll blend relationship management, operational support, case ownership, and cross-functional coordination to guide offices through onboarding, resolve service needs, and create a smooth handoff into ongoing support.

• Serve as a primary Service Experience contact for transitioning Financial Professionals, office staff, enterprise partners, and internal teams.
• Own transition-related inquiries and service cases from intake through resolution, providing clear updates, follow-through, and timely escalation when needed.
• Complete and coordinate operational and service tasks, including researching requests, reviewing documentation, tracking work, resolving exceptions, and confirming completion.
• Partner across Transition, Operations, Compliance, Service Experience, technology, and other teams to remove obstacles and keep onboarding activities moving.
• Monitor transition milestones, open items, service commitments, workload, and emerging risks; proactively communicate status and next steps.
• Help Financial Professionals and staff navigate Cambridge systems, processes, service channels, and resources with clear, actionable guidance.
• Build trusted relationships through regular check-ins, responsiveness, and an understanding of each office's priorities and service expectations.
• Identify recurring operational issues, service gaps, and sources of customer effort; recommend and support improvements that strengthen future transitions.
• Support a coordinated handoff to the long-term service team, ensuring outstanding items, key relationships, and office-specific needs are understood.
• Maintain accurate transition records, relationship plans, and reporting that provide visibility to stakeholders and leadership.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3 years of experience in financial services, operations, service delivery, onboarding, relationship management, or a related field.
• Strong operational judgment with the ability to manage work accurately while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Demonstrated case ownership, organization, follow-through, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear next steps.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and remain effective in a fast-paced transition environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Industry licensing preferred
  
  

Location: Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid (in-office 3 days/week)

Salary: $55,000-$75,000
