What You’ll Do:
Salesforce System Administration
- Customize Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Execute daily admin operations: manage users, permissions, licenses, and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate system updates, coach users, and drive adoption of new functionalities.
- Maintain and administer Copado within the Salesforce org, managing user access, deployment pipelines, and automation.
- Oversee multi-environment deployment pipelines (Dev → QA/UAT → Prod) and integrate with Git version control.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts for release planning and execution.
- Establish, document, and enforce Change & Configuration Management standards.
- Conduct data operations using Salesforce utilities (Workbench, Data Loader).
- Ensure data integrity and quality across Salesforce objects.
- Manage OwnBackup processes for sandbox seeding, backups, and data recovery.
- Monitor and address integration errors or exceptions.
- Configure and maintain Experience Cloud sites and communities.
- Manage user access, permissions, and sharing settings for external users.
- Ensure branding, navigation, and functionality align with business requirements.
- Troubleshoot Experience Cloud issues and optimize performance.
- 3 years in Salesforce Admin/DevOps roles.
- 3 years of Copado administration and DevOps experience.
- Experience with development using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, or Flow.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Management and Experience Cloud configuration.
- Hands-on with OwnBackup, Workbench, Data Loader, and basic Apex understanding.
- Familiarity with Git version control and branching models.
- Strong communication, documentation, training, and mentoring abilities.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM‑201) strongly recommended.
- Copado Certified Administrator or Consultant credentials preferred.
Salary Range: $85,000 - 95,000/year
