Skilled in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and maintaining accuracy with a keen attention to detail. Strong communicator with excellent presentation abilities, capable of training internal and external customers. Adept at managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and thriving in fast-paced environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant financial systems.

Salary Range
$40,000-45,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, education, performance, internal equity, and geographic location.

Work Environments
This role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring three days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located near one of our hubs (Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ) and must be willing to work this schedule. Cambridge is not considering remote candidates at this time.

Key Deliverables And Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for operational and service activities related to a third party performance reporting system, including troubleshooting issues, managing system activations/deactivations, and providing requested reports.
- Deliver professional presentations and conduct both formal and informal training sessions via teleconference or occasional in-person meetings, including offsite presentations.
- Perform system maintenance and manage administrative files, proactively identifying areas for system improvement.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of other company technology systems that interface with departmental systems to effectively troubleshoot inbound inquiries.
