Job Summary

The Internal Recruiting Support person will also assist with prospecting and lead generation activities. These responsibilities include conducting cold calling and outreach to identify warm prospects within the designated region using the Phoneburner technology, as well as developing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to support recruiting objectives throughout the year.

Key Deliverables And Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain profiles for HOVs and recruiting events.
  • Communicate with recruits to gather missing information for FPP acceptance and other requirements.
  • Enter, update, and manage assets and deal information in the CRM system.
  • Organize and store meeting notes and relevant data in the CRM.
  • Track and resolve large sets of questions from recruits by coordinating with appropriate resources.
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Conduct cold calling and outreach to generate leads and identify warm prospects within the designated region.
  • Support the development, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns to assist with recruiting objectives as needed.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. Prior experience with CRM systems and a background in recruiting or sales support is preferred.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 plus incentive compensation. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, education, performance, internal equity, and geographic location.

Work Environments: This role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring three days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located near one of our hubs (Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ) and must be willing to work this schedule.
