Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to generate and develop concepts for clients, utilizing a broad range of tools to bring ideas to life such as hand sketching, 3D modelling and visualisation software.
- Leverage prototyping techniques to prove your ideas through physical mock-ups and testing.
- Participate in client-facing activities, providing creative support for the visual communication and presentation of concepts.
- Prepare visual presentations for internal teams and clients, clearly communicating reasoning behind design decisions, both verbally and visually.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Attributes
- Passionate and enthusiastic about design and wider technology trends.
- Understanding of research insight methodologies and be empathetic to the experience of users.
- Excellent sketching (hand/digital) and presentation of ideas.
- Proficient 3D CAD competency (preferably SolidWorks).
- A passion for creating photorealistic renders using Keyshot.
- Comfortable with hands-on prototyping and model-making.
- Competent graphic communication – using tools including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- A knowledge of UX software including Figma (or equivalent) is a plus.
- A knowledge of AI based design tools and how they integrate into the design workflow.
- Adobe Premiere Pro or other video/animation software competency would be an advantage.
- Able to work on multiple projects while meeting challenging deadlines.
- A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships in fast‑paced design environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design closely related field required.
