Cambridge Dental Group, a thriving general practice with a multi-specialty office conveniently connected next door, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dearborn Heights, MI.
In this role, you’ll be the key liaison between our patients and their treatment goals—ensuring every patient understands their options and has access to the care they need. You’ll support our clinical and administrative teams while driving production growth and patient satisfaction.
What You’ll Do

Present treatment plans with confidence, clarity, and empathy

Guide patients through financing options including CareCredit and Sunbit

Collaborate with both the GP and multi-specialty teams to achieve shared goals

Track and analyze case acceptance and production metrics

Support front office systems, scheduling efficiency, and patient follow-up
What We’re Looking For

2 years of experience in treatment presentation, case acceptance, or dental sales

Knowledge of Open Dental preferred

Experience with insurance verification and billing a plus

Familiarity with CareCredit and Sunbit

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets

Requirements:Education and Training
- 3 years of dental business office experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
- Knowledge of dental office procedures.
- Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures.
- Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
