Job Overview:
- We are offering a $2000 sign-on bonus ( $1000 after 3 months and $1000 after 6 months) separate from your regular compensation. We are a high quality very modern almost brand-new multi-specialty group private practice (NOT a DSO) seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team, Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday 9-6 and Friday 9-1. No evenings or weekends.
- We reserve a full hour for each appointment to make sure that you have enough time for each patient.
- We currently have a dental assistant assigned to sterilize all instruments.
- As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing quality dental care to our patients.
- Your primary responsibility will be to perform dental cleanings and assist the dentist in various procedures.

Duties:
- Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, root planning, and polishing.
- Take dental X-rays.
- Conduct oral cancer screenings.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide. personalized oral care instructions.
- Administer local anesthesia as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories.
- Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred.
- Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of dental coding and terminology related to dental procedures.
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and basic anatomy knowledge.
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols in a dental setting.
- Ability to operate scanning systems for digital impressions (preferred but not required).
- Experience in dental assisting is a plus.
