We are seeking a Marketing Director to drive brand visibility, thought leadership, and business development. This is a broad-based role. It is an ideal fit for someone with high autonomy, clear judgment, excellent communication skills, and a strong results orientation.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on marketing role, focused on clear messaging, professional execution, and consistent output across all external media.
Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Own and manage firm websites, LinkedIn presence, and marketing channels
- Develop high-quality marketing materials, pitch decks, presentations, and written content
- Support thought leadership initiatives, conference promotion, and executive visibility
- Ensure brand consistency, clarity, and polish across all outputs
- Coordinate with external designers, agencies, and vendors as needed
Growth & Business Development Support
- Support business development efforts through research, market mapping, and opportunity screening
- Assist with outreach campaigns, conference preparation, and follow-up materials
- Maintain CRM hygiene, pipelines, and reporting dashboards
- Prepare concise internal and external communications for senior leadership
Office Management & Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office operations in our West Palm Beach HQ
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling, travel arrangements, and internal logistics
- Serve as a central point of contact for vendors, internal teams, and guests
- Ensure office environment is organized, efficient, and well-run
Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in marketing, growth, communications, or a related role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong judgment and ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely
- High proficiency in PowerPoint, presentations, and marketing content creation
- Experience using AI to create high-quality output
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, mature, and comfortable working directly with senior executives
