Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role based in Hermitage, TN. The Superintendent will oversee daily field operations, including scheduling subcontractors, coordinating deliveries, and monitoring job site safety and cleanliness. This role will manage on-site quality control, ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications, and promptly address any construction issues that arise. The Superintendent will conduct daily site walks, track progress against project schedules, and communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders. The position also requires maintaining accurate job site documentation, assisting with inspections, and building strong working relationships with trade partners, vendors, and clients.

Qualifications
- Experience overseeing commercial or residential construction projects from start to finish, including coordination of subcontractors and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and reading/understanding construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with project documentation, daily reports, schedules, and basic construction management software or digital tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with project managers, field teams, trade partners, and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and solve problems on site with sound judgment.
- Commitment to job site safety culture and enforcement of company and regulatory safety standards.
- Previous experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or similar field leadership role in construction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites as needed.
