Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | Cambridge, MA | $20–30/hr

Your Day-to-Day:
- Greet patients and answer calls with warmth
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Maintain patient records and verify insurance
- Support clinical staff during treatments
- Assist with billing and clinic operations
You Are:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate
- Experienced in healthcare admin or front-desk roles (1 year preferred)
- Comfortable with EMR/scheduling software
- Calm and professional under pressure
