Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the property is in top condition.
- Respond promptly to work orders and address resident maintenance needs with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to uphold safety and operational standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of common areas and amenities.
What We’re Looking For:
SPANISH SPEAKING PREFERRED!!
- Experience: Proven background in apartment or property maintenance (3 years preferred).
- Skills: Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and general repairs. HVAC certification is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with residents and staff.
- Availability: Flexibility for on call emergencies.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
