Location: Cambridge, MA - remote or hybrid

About Us
Cambridge AI Forum is a community-driven nonprofit initiative focused on AI education, research, public dialogue, and responsible technology development. Our mission is to advance human well-being in the age of AI.
The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Project Management Intern (technical background not required) to help us plan events, coordinate programs, and keep our work on track across AI education, community engagement, research, fundraising and public-interest technology.

Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of AI-related events, workshops, and community programs
- Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
- Organize documents, meeting notes, contacts, and shared resources
- Coordinate communication between team members, partners, and speakers
- Assist with grant, partnership, and program planning materials
- Prepare and maintain internal documentation, including updates, reports, summaries, and process guides for team and AI-assisted workflows
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to scope and juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Clear, professional writing and communication in English
- A reliable, detail-oriented approach
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
- Genuine interest in AI, nonprofit work, education, or civic / public-interest technology
- No prior experience required. We welcome motivated students - including high schoolers in their final year.
