Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, capable, and caring Full-Time Intake Coordinator to join our team at our corporate office in Long Beach. The Intake Coordinator will play a key role in the conversion of new referrals, guiding clients through the onboarding process, and building strong, ongoing relationships with a variety of referral sources to ensure a smooth and supportive intake experience.
Available: Monday-Friday
This is not a remote position
Responsibilities
1. Conversion of New referrals
- Achieve referral conversion according to department standards
- Timely outreach based on company guidelines
- Maintain up-to-date client status to share with referral sources
- Partner with referral sources to obtain updated client information
2. Effective Client Onboarding
- Educate clients on services for successful transition to care
- Document activities as directed
- Share information with staffing to have a successful caregiver match
3. Relationship Building
- Reply to referral emails in a timely manner
- Update referral sources on status of client/family outreach
- Maintain referral source portals with up-to-date information
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Preferred bachelor’s degree
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Capable of handling a high volume of calls
- Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred
Job Requirements
- 18 years old
- US work authorization
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and reference check
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
