This is a full-time on-site role based in Long Beach, CA, for a Client Coordinator. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, maintaining client records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Additional responsibilities include streamlining organizational processes to maximize efficiency and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
