What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server position at Cambria Pines Lodge?
North Coast Resort is seeking experienced banquet servers to join our team. These positions are part-time and require the availability to work weekends and holidays. Banquet Server duties include: Serving pre-determined menu selections to guest tables in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality; communication of any special needs or requests to the Banquet Manager/Restaurant Manager or kitchen; anticipate guest needs, respond urgently and appropriately to guest requests and concerns; assist in set-up of banquet according to the event order; assist with breakdown and clean-up of tables/buffets/food stations. Successful candidates in this position are reliable, professional and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Salary is $16.90/hour plus tips. CA Food Handler Card required. Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to work stand/be on your feet for the duration of the work shift.
- Must be able to carry/balance food trays.
