Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for all guests.
- Handle reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Perform night audit duties as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and messages.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or guest services within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
