What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant (Part-time) position at CAMBRIA HOTEL?
Duties:
- Set up and maintain the breakfast area in a clean and organized manner
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Assist with food preparation, such as cutting fruits or baking pastries
- Ensure that all food items are properly stocked and replenished throughout the breakfast service
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including wiping tables, cleaning spills, and emptying trash bins
- Handle cash transactions for guests who purchase items from the breakfast area
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues
- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and serving guests
Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic food preparation knowledge, including the use of knives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
