We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Toast POS
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper sanitation practices.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to tables.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or functions.
- Will get Tips certified as you get hourly plus tips
- This is a PM, AM or both shift
Experience
- Familiarity with culinary terminology and food safety practices is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments are essential.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
