Duties
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently
- Monitor security cameras and perform visual inspections to ensure safety and security of the property
- Assist with resolving guest concerns promptly, maintaining positive guest relations at all times
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation for management review
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and financial reconciliation processes
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and demonstrate professional phone etiquette
- Prior experience working in a resort or large hotel environment is preferred
