What are the responsibilities and job description for the Urban Service Person position at Cambria County Transit Authority?

Entry level position. Performs the daily fueling and servicing of all Authority vehicles, prepares vehicles for inspections, completes minor vehicle maintenance, and maintains cleanliness of the buses, shop, and garage areas.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid PA Driver’s License and at least 3 years of driving experience required.
- Experience using common tools and experience in vehicle maintenance preferred.
- Must acquire and maintain a valid PA Class B CDL with air brake restriction removed and a passenger endorsement.
- Safety sensitive positions subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
- Able to reach, stretch, bend, crotch and stoop when performing job duties.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to use power tools, hand tools, and other equipment used to repair buses, and CamTran vehicles.
