Camblin Steel Service has been a leading, reliable source for rebar subcontractor and supplier since 1954. We perform comprehensive estimating, detailing, fabrication and placing for the reinforced concrete industry.
We are currently hiring (2) Project Managers our team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Main point of contact; liaison between customer and Camblin Steel. Including attending and participating in meetings as required.
- Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance company’s ability to procure projects, reduce risk, and ensure operation efficiency.
- Understand and communicate scope of work and all contract obligations.
- Participate in all pre-planning efforts and ensure team members are following the plan.
- Manage and assist in pre-construction efforts, including but not limited to submittal schedules, RFIs, logistics, sequences, establishing means & methods, looking ahead on constructability constraints and value engineering opportunities.
- Procure long lead / specialty items, including but not limited to mill cuts, couplers, high strength steel, epoxy coated steel, etc.
- Manage all finances, including but limited to schedule of values, change orders, progress billings, 2nd tier/supplier invoices, retention, etc.
- Manage and schedule all 2nd tier subcontractors and suppliers.
- Project forecasting and cost to complete reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Compensation
The annualized base pay range for this position is $75,000 to $120,000. Offer will be determined based on an individual’s qualifications, experience, location and other job-related factors.
