A privately owned real estate investment and development group is seeking an exceptional Project President to lead the delivery of a landmark ultra-luxury residential and lifestyle community in California.
This is a rare opportunity to take full executive ownership of a multi-phase master-planned development entering a critical delivery stage. With major construction activities commencing and several years of development remaining, ownership is seeking a proven leader capable of taking complete responsibility for the project's execution.
Reporting directly to ownership, you will be accountable for the overall strategy, financial performance, development execution, sales performance, marketing direction, stakeholder management, and eventual operational transition of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall delivery and performance of a major luxury master-planned community.
- Own project strategy, financial performance, budgets, and value creation.
- Direct development, infrastructure, design, and construction activities.
- Drive residential sales, marketing strategy, pricing, and absorption.
- Manage investors, ownership, consultants, public agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Build and lead high-performing development and operational teams.
- Oversee the transition from development into long-term operations and member experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15 years leading large-scale master-planned, luxury residential, resort, or private club developments.
- Proven success delivering projects from planning and entitlement through construction and operational launch.
- Strong commercial acumen with exposure to luxury residential sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of development finance, capital partners, and project economics.
- Experience leading complex multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder groups.
- Executive-level communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with UHNW clientele preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
