As a member of the sales team, our Regence Community Relations Director - Washington acts as a strategic representative across Regence's four-state footprint, serving as the primary liaison for Market Presidents and orchestrating local and corporate resources to drive growth. With expertise spanning sales, community engagement, provider contracting, and regulatory affairs, this leader implements market strategies while connecting corporate initiatives with local execution to advance Regence's market position and brand strength – all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier.

Qualifications :
- The Community Relations Director would have a bachelor’s degree in business, Communications or related field with 12 years’ experience in public policy, community relations, business development or equivalent combination of education and job-related experience.
- MBA or MHA preferred.
- Insurance background preferred.

The expected hiring range for the Regence Community Relations Director - Washington is $147,100 - $199,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 20%. The current full salary range for this role is $138,000 - $225,000. #LI-hybrid
